Virella Global Capital is headquartered in the United States. Since our establishment in July 2020, we have focused on delivering global asset allocation and wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients, family offices, and institutional investors. Hong Kong Subsidiary
Virella Global Capital’s Hong Kong subsidiary was established in October 2021 and is located at Unit B53, 2/F, Kwai Shing Industrial Building (Phase 1), 36-40 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. It holds an MSB license supervised by FinCEN in the United States and has exempt financial adviser capability, enabling comprehensive services across collective investment schemes, equities, futures, leveraged FX and structured products.
